Starting right now, this very moment…

End all contact with your (ex) girlfriend.

No phone calls.

No text messages.

No emails.

No contacting her friends to see what she’s doing, how she’s feeling.

No more smothering her (which might have just led to the current break-up, right?).

The 2/3 Step is what you need to do starting right now.

And what this means to you is NO contacting her, in any way, in any form, for the next 2 to 3 days.

If you give her this time to miss you, to realize how great her life is when you are in it, then you will get her back.

BUT, if you don’t… if you insist on knowing every little thing she does during the first 48 – 72 hours you are apart, then you will lose her forever!

The 2/3 Step is not only about contact though, life isn’t that simple is it?

If you have locations in common (classes, buses, buildings, etc.) then you have to give her space, 2 – 3 minutes head start, 2 – 3 minutes to be away from you… so that you do not smother her, so that she does not have to deal with you yet, not until she starts to MISS you.

Because until she starts to MISS you, she will NOT want you BACK.
